Payment Details

  • Registration payment can be made via credit card (Visa or Master), or cheque/bank draft. Regardless of the mode of payment, all registrations have to be done online via the online registration system.
  • Please note that the merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be "Integrated Meetings Specialist (Holdings) Pte Ltd".
  • All cheques / bank draft should be made payable to "Integrated Meetings Specialist (Holdings) Pte Ltd" and mail to the conference secretariat (please see mailing address below). Kindly indicate your name, contact number and name of the conference (SICC-5) at the back of the cheque/bank draft.
  • Only cheques / bank drafts drawn from a Singapore bank or foreign bank with a bank branch located in Singapore will be accepted. We regret that we do not accept bank transfers for registration payment.
  • Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Registration is NOT transferable.
  • Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% refund will only be made for cancellations made in writing and received by the secretariat on or before 15 November 2007.
  • There will be no refund for cancellations made after 15 November 2007.
  • Any other refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organizer.
  • Refunds (if any) will be made after the conference.
  • Request for registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat.
